I saw an incredible documentary about Shakespeare.

It was done by the BBC.
I saw it in the middle of my lunch and only now, after 4 PM, I´ll go and see if I can finish part of it.
I have a hard boiled egg and could make an egg salad. But I just could not leave it.
It made me want to climb to my second floor where I have my books and bring down all Shakespeare plays I have. But thinking about climbing, I will first check if they have them in the Gutenberg project online. Although I prefer real books, the climbing is not something I like.
A couple of weeks ago I was talking with a friend about architecture and I remembered how much I loved I loved those spiral staircases. I´m glad that my husband never accepted to build one of them in our houses. He had a lot of common sense so I bed that he though that those stairs were only for young people.
Now I´ll go and finish my lunch, give Luna her dinner and look at the free Shakespeare plays they have online.
See you.

Where I live laws have changed after a yearly Telethon for the disabled started over 40 years ago. Now buildings have to have ramps and so do sidewalks. I used to have only a tub in my bathroom and had to remodel it and put a shower. with a shower door.

@JudyEv In Santiago, the fist time the Metro was built it did not have a lift nor a mechanical stairway. The rest of the lines have at least lifts (not enough but still some).

@marguicha All new buildings now have to pass regulations too about ramps, lifts, etc. Most public toilets also have a disabled unit.

I never climbed on one. But they are so beautiful. Now I know that they are a menace. But then, now I don´t understand tubs either. I could not get up from a tub at my age. When I remodeled my bathroom and took out the tub to have a giant shower, I could have written a poem about it

@marguicha - As much as I always hated spiral staircases I love bath tub. We have both a shower and a bathtub, in winter it is so nice to soak in hot water.

Thank you. I am having to dress up to go out to play with Luna. It is too cold.

@marguicha He will get 2 weeks of in-home therapy. Our housekeeper can help a little bit.

I am. I went to the kitchen, washed some dishes and brought ice cream to my room.
