Most of us are busy on weekdays and hence have a good probability of having a regular schedule for dinner . However, in weeknds, these could vary. We like to be relaxed and flexible on weekends and hence the dinner time could vary greatly on weekends. There are however few, who keep a regular schedule for dinner no matter what day it is.So, What time do you usually have dinner on weekdays and weekends?

@RevivedWarrior I don't know if it's a discipline. Certainly, a well-founded habit, though. lol

We have our meals at the same time every day of the week and weekends. Breakfast 5:30 am, lunch at noon and dinner at 7:30 pm.

I am retired and live alone. So, besides the days when I invite friends, I eat what I want at the hour I want. Anyway, my biggest meal is usually at lunch. So when I´m alone, I have coffee with an omelette for dinner at any time I am hungry. Other times I make a good sandwich or eat some leftovers if I find some.
