We Are Getting a New Phone Service

Jay mentioned going to Wal Mart, to buy himself a cell phone. I don't care what service he gets, as long as it works.
Our phone service keeps going out. They claim that we haven't been paying our bills, which is a lie.
We sent them proof through our bank, a copy of three months payments. It was faxed to them this week, yet they claim our bills haven't been paid since April.
Even though they've had proof that these bills are paid, they canceled our phone service. This is crazy, we always pay our bills.
They asked us to send them a fax and we did. Nope, they said no money was paid.
We will be getting a new phone service, today.

Consumer Cellular is getting dropped, they are playing mind games. We sent them two checks. They claim they didn't receive either one. We faxed a copy of those payments, they still claim we haven't paid them.

@kobesbuddy I hate that company!! They kept trying to bill me, after I had discontinued the service. Plus, they have cheap and bad phones. No, Thank you.

@snowy22315 Consumers Cellular are rats! They aren't a good cell phone service. Some days, we have no service. Other days, we do have service. They are dishonest and they lie to us!

When AT&T took over cinglar, the exact same thing happened to me. They claimed some bills weren't paid, even though George took me to the store to pay in-person. Needless to say, I planned on dropping them anyway because at the time the connunitivity sucked here. Much to my sister's annoyince, my phone only worked in my bathroom of all places.

With Consumer's Cellular, they are jerking our chain about payments. AT&T was even worse! We had them for about one year.

That is unreal. I think I would sue them. They caused pain and suffering. I bet your credit has been downgraded because of that debacle too.

Yes, Jay just went to WalMart to get himself another phone service. Consumer's Cellular is a bad company, they are cheating us royally! Our phones have been doing strange things. They wanted us to invest in two new phones.

That's very unprofessional and it can be so frustrating. I hope that the new service works for you. If possible, can you write a review about your older service and publish it on all the social media platforms. We need to show our grudge as a customer and these businesses have to run on ethics and good service. At least some more customers can br saved from falling in their trap.

WOW! What in the world? What is Jay going to do for phone service?
I have had Tracfone for about three years now. I have never had a problem with service or bill paying. This last time we got 2 phones for a flat fee of $200. That included 5G, unlimited talk, text, and data for a year. They each came with the ability to copy all info from the old phone, a phone protector, a charger, cords, and some extra coupons to use for apps and such. I wouldn't use Verizon. Had a bad experience with them several years ago. I am very happy with this service.

We have had Consumer Cellular for about 2 years now..Have Samsung Galazy phones. Tom signed up for automatic payment through his bank...He pays an extra $3 a month for road assistance. Have never had a problem with them with the bill or service. Sorry that you are having problems.

I agree you need to get a new phone service. We need to be with providers who do care for us and will help us resolve our issues. It should not be that they are only looking for hard earned money and not for the services they owe us.At the same time, you need to sue the existing service provider alongwith the proofs of payment. It is pathetic they did this. Good Luck!
