The champaran mutton handi is awesome. / myLot

I tasted a lovely dish named champaran mutton handi in Jamshedpur. There is a coating of wheat given on top of the utensil so that the mutton gets boiled in heat. There was a lovely taste of the dish. Mutton means goat meat in India.

So there are varieties of mutton dish that I am not aware... Next time I need either check from Zomato or Swiggy for this

@sathviksouvik my place is near assam border so, our food are mostly influenced. But to explore more about mutton dishes I perhaps need to visit Guwahati

We enjoy mutton too, but the cooking is different. We have braised mutton and mutton soup.
