I didn't say what Tom fixed for dinner. Tuesday night was meat loaf, Wed and Tonight was Chicken Spaghetti Casserole. Not sure what all is in it except the roasted chicken I brought in from Walmart on Monday night, Cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and of course Spaghetti. He combines all of that in a casserole dish and bakes it. Also had Garlic Bread. When he told me a few years ago he was making this, I thought but didn't say it OMG that doesn't sound good..LOL But he made it and it really was good. When he bartended a decade ago a customer gave him the recipe. I feel so lucky to find a man who can cook and does a great job doing so.
