We got tenant coming in

But the guy isn't new tenant, he rented smaller space before but didn't set up a business. Either a burger stand or a solar panel lights shop. I told him the burger would be a huge hit since they don't exist in our area. I hated the fact that my brother's wife made a lot of promise, but it's all words, now they 've just cleared almost everything. She claimed that her only staff was lazy but fact is that they weren't even present most of the time. Have a nice day

A burger business sounds good. Hope that he takes your advice and gets a profitable business. Since there is no existing competition, he can easily tap the market

I missed the former burger stand, they have better taste even though it's not buy one take one thing.

That is a good idea. If enough people come for a burger and tell their friends, business will pick up. Check to see if there are any health laws that he must observe.

Hello @akalinus They woud know since it's become a popular brand. Yes they do have health inspections. normally, mom don't like fast food or things that are cooked from gas but she made exception this time.

@Letranknight2015 I only asked because the health laws are so important. Wrongly cooked or stored food can cause sickness in a lot of people. I wish them the greatest of success.
