Tomorrow is trash day

The trash is out to the curb. We had breakfast at 11 this morning, and an evening meal at 6:30. I hope to sleep better tonight, without taking a muscle relaxer. I hate how it makes me feel. I will do all the "right" things, like getting off the screen early enough. Making sure I am not hungry, etc. I suspect my new medicine is causing me problems. I read about several side effects, and they did include trouble sleeping. Our afternoon heat index for the next week is supposed to be around 110. Bob and I are going to get the car tagged tomorrow morning. The title FINALLY came in the mail. He will see the audiologist Wednesday. I have an all day inservice Thursday. that is all I see coming up this week. I hope you all are comfortable and safe.

In my place, the trash day will be on Friday. I must say that I have to walk too far away to throw them.

I don’t like how my muscle relaxers make me feel either. But if I only take a half, it’s not very effective. I hope you have a great week.

@Shavkat I just have to take the bags of trash to the curb. The heat makes me lazy. @AmbiePam I know. Half does not work. I could take as many as three a day, but I will only take one, and take it in the evening.

I am sleeping better, but I am taking muscle relaxers pretty often. I do not know if it is actually the meds or the heat causing the muscle spasms. Or maybe I just move the wrong way sometimes.

@GardenGerty I used to believe the same thing. However, I've come to realize that I was never lazy. Things will get done when they get done.

110 is just awful! I'm not sure how I would cope with those sorts of prolonged high temperatures.

I think it makes me lethargic. It also makes my cooling bills a bit high.

I hope you slept last night. 110 is much too hot. It's been close to or over 90 here; but we need rain badly. Hopefully we will get some in the next couple of days. Have a good week.

110 is the "feels like" temperature, I think it is a bit cooler at our house as we are mostly surrounded by grass and trees. I am grateful for that. When I have to be places that are all paved it just feels miserable.

@GardenGerty We were in Arizona many years ago. In Phoenix the temperature had been 109 during the day. Long after sunset the heat was radiating from anything asphalt or concrete.
