Hershey Update

Got a call from the Hershey Company a few minutes ago. They asked me to take pictures of the different bags and contents. Then asked me some more questions..gave me a case # and a phone # to send pictures in text. I took 2 pieces of paper and put some of the chips and the bag on one that said NOT Dark Chocolate Chips..Walmart. Then did the same with the other bag on a paper that said Dark Chocolate...Publix. I sent the pics and got a text saying to send a pic of more of the chips..So I got 2 bowls and dumped both of them out into the bowls sitting on the paper for each. They thanked me and said they would be in touch. It really IS nice to see that a corporation like Hershey actually Cares about their products. Hoping they figure it out before I need more chips
