We all have our favourite colours. Our favourite colour/colours can significantly influence our various aspects of our interests and preferences. Our favourites often subtly guide our purchasing decisions.
This could be our clothing or interior design preferences. For some , purchase of items such as gadgets , cars needs to be in their favourite colours. They do at times take extreme steps to get things in their favourite colours .I have seen a few , who are loyal to certain brands just because they make use of their favourite colours.
My favourite colour is purple.I have limited my favourite colour interest only to clothing. I cannot imagine living in a bright purple room . I like white or little coloured rooms while living in a house. For a car, my preference is either silver or black.
So whats your take on whether certain colours are more effective or appropriate only for specific products ?

I like light colors like pink, lavender and lime on clothing on females ranging from leotards and swimsuits.

Totally agree! Colors can really set the mood or vibe, and some just work better in certain settings. Like, I love purple too, but I'd rather keep it to my wardrobe and some limited items but not on walls or room. It’s all about finding the right balance for each thing—what looks stylish in one area might be overkill in another.
