It's 3:03 by my phone clock, and I am waiting at the bus stop outside the Health Center for the bus. Turns out I probably have diverticulitis. My material grandmother did, too. So, goodie for that. I was given a list of what I should eat when I get flare - ups. When the bus comes I'll go home and change for church. Hope all is well with you in your part of my lot land!

My mom had diverticulitis. I don’t remember much about that. So nothing to do with a hernia?

No, little pockets in the "diverticuli" in your intestine that causes pain when certain foods get into them.

@xstitcher I’m glad at least a hernia surgery is not ahead of you.

I hope you start to feel much better. My hubby has that. He has been told to stop eating fiberous food but we are vegetarian and not eating the way we do could mess his health up worse so he has ignored the idea.

I will look that up to see what it is. I hope you like all the foods on that list.
