Continuation of "We Saw Our Ghost"

I wanted to add this information to my last post. I have lived in this area all of my life. To the right of the apartment complex is the Transportation Department building. Across from that is what used to be Rose St. where I grew up. The area where the apartment complex was built used to be a very old and run-down series of houses. Many of the families were poor and lived in filthy conditions. I believe that some of these people are now ghosts of the area. In the two-bedroom we lived in before we moved into this three-bedroom, I used to see black floating clouds in the hallway. One evening when my grandson was only about two he pointed at something and was talking to it. No one was there.
