Not much luck with surveys

It’s very frustrating when I’m actually in the mood to do surveys but no matter what I click on I get disqualified pretty much right away or as soon as I click on one. That usually seems to be the case on Swagbucks. I wish they’d only show surveys that I actually qualify for. Wonder why they don’t do that, especially since now they have survey profile questions for us to answer. You’d think that’s done so surveys we get are those we actually qualify for.

I wish it worked that way, too. The questions they ask, are to match you with serveys they think you might like. But the serveys themselves are run by third-parties, so have their own creteria as to what qualifies you or not.

Oh. I didn’t know that. Another site I use for surveys it is very rare that what I take I get kicked out of.

@lovebuglena Yeah, that's how most servy sites work. the ones that are direct, are far and few in-between.

I’ve not tried surveys again yet. Hope when I do I’ll be able to complete them.

SB used to drive me nuts with that too, but they’ve gotten better for me lately. Still yet, I remember when I would rarely, if ever qualify for those, and it caused me to quit them for a good two years.

It’s frustrating when you’re trying to reach your daily goal or survey bonus and you can’t because you can’t complete surveys.

I find them frustrating as well--so I don't do them--I use a site called Prolific to do studies rather than surveys and I like that site a bunch--it is British, but they now pay in dollars as well as pounds

I am on there as well. Very rare that I do not qualify for something. I have to get back into doing it more.

I’ve been having that same issue lately. Last week, I was lucky and completed just about every survey I took, but this week I can’t seem to qualify for any of the surveys.

@lovebuglena I don’t think I’ve ever completed a 7-day streak in all the years I’ve been on Swagbucks. I’m just not on the site consistently enough.

@moffittjc I’ve done it a few times, maybe even a 14-day one. But don’t think I have ever managed to get a 21-day or monthly streak.

I hate when that happens. That's one reason I stopped trying to complete the daily goals in an attempt to get the weekly streak going. You can't complete one day and that is it. No bonus for that 7-day streak.

I've given up on surveys as I never seemed to qualify.

Surveys can be so tiring. And qualifying yes..annoying when they have your profile.

I try to stay away from long surveys because if you get kicked out in the middle, or even towards the end, of it it's frustrating. But what I noticed is that it can say a survey is X amount of minutes but when you actually go into the survey the time to complete the survey is higher. Wonder why that is.

You can change the preferences where it only shows ones based on the survey profile. The button to do that is beside where it says Answer Surveys and under the Follow up Surveys banner. I had turned on that feature once.

I would suggest putting yourself on the waiting list for Prolific. I qualify for 99.9% of their surveys. They surveys are put out by various colleges. Have a good weekend.

What do you mean by waiting list? I am on Prolific. Recently got back into doing surveys there but still not doing it regularly.

@LindaOHio ah. Must be new. I hope they won’t close accounts if people aren’t active much there.

@lovebuglena I forgot you were a member. Prolific has a waiting list for new member inquiries.

I once got kicked out of a survey after spending about 40 minutes in it. Message said I don’t qualify. If I didn’t qualify why did it let me spend that much time on it?
