Good afternoon. It's a pleasant day. I've already gotten my steps on the trail this morning, so I'm doing well. There's a wonderful breeze. I almost thought I would need a light jacket, but it would have been too hot with one. So, my last health report was 1 August. I weighed 192.2. Not much has changed in that time. So, here's how it looks. Thursday, 1 August - Weight - 192.2. Exercise: Walking - 90 minutes. Foot cycle - 77 minutes. Total calories burned: 2217. Calories consumed: 1260.5. Steps: 13,325. Friday, 2 August - Weight - 191.7. Exercise: Walking - 97 minutes. Foot cycle - 67 minutes. Total calories burned: 2062. Calories consumed: 1231. Steps: 12,940. Saturday, 3 August - Weight - 191.9. Exercise: Walking - 93 minutes. Foot Cycle - 64 minutes. Total calories burned: 2220. Calories consumed: 1629.8. Steps: 12,858. Sunday, 4 August - Weight - 191.7. Exercise: Walking - 87 minutes. Foot cycle - 74 minutes. Total calories burned: 2185. Calories consumed: 1529.9. Steps: 12,300. Monday, 5 August - Weight - 191.7. Exercise: Walking - 102 minutes. Foot cycle - 73 minutes. Total calories burned: 2392. Calories consumed: 1221.4. Steps: 14,820. Tuesday, 6 August - Weight - 192.1. Exercise: Walking - 88 minutes. Foot cycle - 53 minutes. Total calories burned: 2153. Your calorie count has been down, most days. That's a good accomplishment in itself! All that exercising is building up firm muscles, something that I need to start doing:)

Yes, and then I get hungry and blow it. Thank you. It's not easy. I'm also finding it's not how much you eat, but what you eat that makes the difference. I had a high sugar day yesterday and none of it was sweets. It was all natural fruit and vegetables.

@just4him As a diabetic, I have to be careful with fruits and a variety of high starch vegetables.

@kobesbuddy I'm sure you do. I was surprised by the amount of sugar in them. Especially the vegetables.

My weight tends to be stable at 82 kg, I still want to lose it more to be more ideal. I think I will be fitter if my weight is around 75 kg, it will feel light and I will be able to run a marathon lol

I am waiting to see how the weight loss goes for me. I had an episode of insomnia the other night which gave me time to think about what I was doing a year ago at this time that made my numbers so much better. I even was losing weight through December of last year. Then everything went downhill. So I am going back to some of the things from last year, to see if it puts me in a good place again.

You are getting a lot of steps in and keeping your weight around the same. Maintenance is key.

I'm getting a lot of steps, but I still have a lot to lose. I don't want to maintain it until I reach my goal.

Sounds like a great effort. Of course, the weight could have minor fluctuations. You walk for a good enough duration!
