Sigh. Not long after I posted that last post, my computer decided to tell me there was no Internet connection. 
. I called and complained to Xfinity, who is supposedly sending a "Senior" tech tomorrow afternoon, but at this point I will believe that when I see it. Now I'm back to posting from my phone, so my apologies for how weird they look.

Your post looks okay but I am sorry your internet is out. We pay enough for these services, they should work, or our bill should get discounted.

That is part of the problem. I'm trying to switch to a company with a cheaper plan, but I don't think the tech they sent out the last two times knew what he was doing.
