I Finally Got My Library Book that was Ordered

As many of you know, I really enjoy reading books. Not on the computer or an e-book. Nope, a book that I can actually hold in my hands. I cozy up on the end of our couch and mentally travel to another world. This helps me deal with normal stress. This is an older story by Victoria Holt, that I've already read three time. I loved this book so much, I asked the librarian to order Mistress of Mellyn. I only read 20 pages yesterday, but today I'll really dig in:) It's a wonderful venture, into the TreMellyn's life in a gorgeous palace. It almost reminds me of Sound of Music, where the child is so naughty they have been through countless governesses. The new one, finally works out:) Alvean is both spoiled and neglected, at the same time. She acts terrible, to win her father's attention and his love Yet he spends a lot of time away from home, travelling and working. I do recommend this story, but it might not be your choice of books.
