I Am Not Feeling Well At All / myLot

I am not feeling well. I haven't for quite a while now but I couldn't put my finger on what the problem was. It's the smoke! The air quality is very bad. It is only 80 today but was 150 yesterday. Between 51 and 100 is 'not ideal' and 150 to 300 is unhealthy. I don't go outside but my daughter has her window open at night and I think it comes in by way of the air conditioner too. I am very susceptible to bronchitis and am trying to stay away from that if at all possible. I asked my daughter not to open her window at night. Ugh! I do hope you are all doing okay. The temp seems to be staying around the low 90's and I hope it stays there. Take care.

I am really feeling very sorry after reading your discussion. I too had been unwell for the last couple of weeks. And I still haven't recovered from my cough. So I know what it feels like to be unwell. All I can say is that please take care of yourself. And your family too. There's very little we can do about air quality. The AQI here shows 22 for us at the moment. Just checked. What does that 22 mean? I'm not sure if lower is better or higher is better. But that's how it is now. Keeping the environment healthy and clean will definitely help in improving the air quality. But for that we all have to contribute towards it.

I think the 22 is low for air quality. If you have a weather site it should show the air quality for your area and what is dangerous for your area. Or even go to the AQI site perhaps.

@abhi_bangal ........I have an app on my phone called WeatherOne. It shows the airquality each day. It states there that 51 to 100 is not good, 100 to 200 is bad and above that is hazardous. That is where I got the info from. During the night last night I checked the air quality and it was 157. Then this morning I checked it and it was 40. So I don't open my windows at all during the night or even in the daytime. I don't go outside anyway but I won't be until the fires are contained and the air quality lowers considerably.

@celticeagle I don't know what you meant by 22 is low, I mean how you interpreted it as, if low is good or bad. But after reading your response, I checked out how AQI is interpreted. 0 to 50 is excellent, it says. It says, "air quality is considered satisfactory, and air pollution poses little or no risk". At this moment the AQI is showing 41 here. It's still safe. We are in a safe zone

I'm sorry because you're not feeling well. I'm a little bit sick and tired also. I'm not feeling well right now because my stomach hurts , cannot release out my stool and having a little slight fever.That's why maybe i can't sleep better at night.
