Internet Problems, PayDay and What I'm Thankful for Today

Good afternoon from sunny, warm, Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's currently 79 F and feels like 81 F. Warm. Still, I'm not closing the patio door or turning on the A/C. It's been a good day. I had a couple 'This page can't be found' episodes on the site. It gave me the opportunity to get other work done. And then, it's payday. So, yes, it's a good day. I'm thankful for the walk I got this morning on the trail. I had all my steps by the time I got back. I also walked with another friend I met a couple months ago on the trail. She comes from my home town, and she has a little French bulldog named Oscar. He's adorable. We met up on the wooded trail as I was headed back to the bus shelter and home. The bus shelter is the halfway point. Or well, I consider it the halfway point as I go around the pond and then the wooded trail. It's at the end of the pond trail. Or the beginning of it depending on which way I took. So, it's the halfway point and where I usually check my steps to see how much more I need to walk before I get home. I'm thankful for the visitor I had this morning. She's the one putting on the talent show. She was excited to see what I had to offer. I'll be reading from one of my books and the poem, God's Tears. A tribute to 9/11. She also suggested I might be interested in speaking at Social Club. I don't belong to Social Club, but I would not be averse to speaking at it. She also liked my rocks. I'm thankful for the work I did on Guns of War. A little editing here and there and it's coming along well. I hope to finish this one this year. I also need to get back to editing In the Hands of Mighty Men and Faith to Believe. Soon I will have time to work on everything I need to. I'm thankful for the time I spent with you today. I enjoy seeing what you're doing in your part of the world. I will miss all of you when I leave. I'm thankful I could talk with my sister today. It's her birthday, and I celebrated by talking to her and having a wonderful dinner with cake and ice cream. I kept the sugar within reason with a no sugar chocolate mug cake. Okay, that's my day. I ran the dishwasher, cleaned, and worked on the computer. It's a good day. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
