Started with an appointment with my ENT. I told her about the vertigo episode at the ER. She gave me an Epley treatment there at the office. Well...her assistance gave me the treatment. She has had Vertigo for years, and knows the procedure better than my doctor. LOL Anyway, I still love Doctor Angela. Went to a store to get my lotto for tomorrow...bought some new tickets they just put out Monday. Won $20. Then at 2pm I had an appointment at the Orthopedic place...thought it was with the doctor about my ankle, but it was for Rehab. I was so sore from going to Walmart yesterday, but I did the exercises. He put the Tens unit on my leg with an ice pack. Then massaged my leg with some oil. Felt better until I went home. Walking out to the van and in the house started the pain again. I know the Cancer doctor told me not to take IBprofen, but I really needed it. It quieted down my leg. Tom fixed dinner. I have to go pick up meds tomorrow, and if I'm not in much pain I will go to the dollar tree...need a couple of things. Getting ready to re-arrange my office.
