Tom fixed wings tonight. I had mine tossed in Buffalo Wild Wing Parmasean sauce, then dipped them in a combo of the Parmasean sauce and Ranch dressing. Tom made his with Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet n Spicy sauce and a little Crystal hot sauce added. Then dipped them in Ranch Dressing. Good Keto supper. LOL Needed it, as I over did on the sweets last night and Blood Sugar was up to 122 this morning. Hope everyone had a good day, and yummy supper.
