Yes, I'm back here. Been a long time been here. How many months? Can't remember... I've been busy with my work as a Technical Support Representative (TSR) of a Telecommunication Company based on Eastern Coast of United States of America. But not for long. Due to some adjustments, several TSRs been going to be transferred to CSR (Customer Service Representative) assigned in Billing and Sales. As of the moment, I'm on floating status and waiting for the start of training for CSR work. I don't know when, however, probably, a week or two weeks from now. Wish me all the best.
