21 August - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's 72 F right now.
It's been a good day starting at 2 AM with a text message from a friend. Without the text, I'm sure I would have overslept this morning.
I'm thankful for my time at the Kroc Center. I spent 75 minutes in the pool and 35 minutes on the fitness track.
I'm thankful for rock painting today. I painted one rock and gave it away when I got home. I took a picture but haven't downloaded them yet.
I'm thankful for the Farmers Market. I got a couple of things trying to use up the vouchers I have. I still have a couple, but it might be the last time we go. It was fun. By the time I got home I have over 12K steps. I'm not doing the foot cycle tonight.
Okay, that's my day. I'll catch up with notifications tomorrow. I only have Canasta tomorrow. Just remembered, I have my six-week hospital appointment in the morning after swimming. I'll get caught up, hopefully tomorrow.

@just4him We all have those. I've had days or even weeks where sleeping seemed like my only break.
