It's been a pretty lowkey day today. We got up and took she child to the lake early this morning, he child had a day planned with his girlfriend so it was just the three of us. We spent about three hours out on the lake and then came back and hung out for a little bit before going into town and visiting R. I've mentioned him a couple times in past posts, him and his wife had been going through it for YEARS. She finally pulled the last straw and they are now going to start a divorce proceedings. She's been on Facebook pretending to be him, flirting with other women etc. So yeah. He also fell off the ladder while doing some roof work last week so we wanted to check on him and make sure he was ok. We ended up spending a couple hours catching up with him and his mom. His step dad died a few weeks ago, and she really appreciates the company. We did a small Dollar General run, got yams so I could make dinner tonight and some stuff for the kids and snacky stuff, and stopped and fed Chris' uncles dogs for the night since he's out of town for another week. Now we are home and done for the night, other than laundry and dinner. So we've been pretty boring today, but we had some fun too! Hope everyone had a good day. Here's another picture from the lake.
