You live on an Island..you don't go fishing?

I really could live on seafood..especially Shrimp and Grouper. A little Grilled Trout or Tuna would be nice as well. But I think this was our big Hooorah. Grouper is $25.99 a pound now. Tom looked at the Yellow Fin Tuna, and it was about as much. Crazy, when you can drive less than a mile, throw a line and catch them. Well, atleast you can catch A fish. Used to be you could just take your gear, walk out into the Bay or sit on the beach and catch fish without a Permit, just a FL Driver's License. Now, being OLD we don't need to PAY for one, but you still have to GET one. Ridiculous. A Florida Driver's License should be all you need at our age.

@Ghostlady Fishing licenses are just another way to tax someone. As for having to have a permit even if you aren't paying, it's just to complicate the process.
