I think the appoitment went well. The doctor tried to explain to George why he needs the peg tube still and can see he's struggling to communicate. He's trying, but it's just going to take a lot of work. He's trying to push himself to eat more, so he can get the tube out. It's a process. Once he gains six more pounds, they'll refer us to a Gi who can help us ween him off the tube. He's been asking for milk a lot more lately. And, drinking everything I give him.

So glad you got such good news. Funny you should mention milk because I too have suddenly got an urge to have ice cold milk and will order some with my groceries on Saturday. Shall I say it? Milk is blowing in the wind

That is good he is asking for milk and able to able to drink what you give to him. Hope he continues to progress positively so the tubes can come out.
