Once I get going

Once I get going I am good. I can accomplish things, etc. It is just those first few details:
Get out of bed. Eat breakfast. Get dressed. Pack a lunch. Go check on the computer. I have three out of those five done. Oh, putting on shoes is a whole different category even from getting dressed.
I have had a cup of coffee. I need to leave in thirty five minutes, so I guess it is time to find some food, and shoes, and take my meds.

Well, I've gotten out of bed, had my meds and now some toast while checking the computer, but it appears to be raining again, so that's about all I'll accomplish for this morning. Who knows if I'll get dressed (I am wearing a nightie and sweater, though.)

Hope your day goes well. I'm just about ready to crash. It's been a good day really but since about 3pm I've been saying over and over 'I can do this, I can do this'. 'This' is parking at the hospital, visiting Vince then driving back to our home on the freeway and in peak hour traffic. 
But I did it and am home now.
