The trend of school fires in my country is alarming. Days after a dormitory fire claimed lives of over 20 pupils, about four other school dormitories have been burnt. Isiolo Girls' High School, Ortum Boys Secondary School and Bukhalalire Highschool are among the most recent cases. Even though there havent been reports of fatalities in the new cases, a lot of property has been gone up in flames in all of the cases. Learning has also been interrupted. Some opinion makers in major media houses have alleged poor media coverage and social media to be fueling up the school infernos. We hope the government will find a way to stop these school fires and allow our learners conducive learning environment

@SIDIKIMPOLE They call it 'copycat crime', don't they? Someone does it once and others decide to follow.

Is it because of bad planning or electric problem or someone planned it?
