Everything is green. / myLot

It has just rained for two days and everything is already green. The radishes that I planted a week ago are already going up. I have one pack left after these come up and I will plant them. I looked in two stores and can not find anymore seeds anywhere. So the next time will be the last time. But that is ok. We got a lot of radishes. Pretty soon we are going to have lunch at a pizza place with my cousin and her husband. She is making plans for Christmas. She buys stuff for a shelter and picks out two families to buy for every year. I helped her with one family last year and that was a lot of fun.

@jstory07 My gardening helper planted a little shrub last year that blooms toward Autumn. I think its an Aster and will have small purple flowers.

I wish I could have some of your radishes. I'm making fish soup that requires radish and I totally forgot to buy one at the market awhile back. Your cousin is doing a great job helping others that way.

The rain is good for growing things. I like when churches do the giving tree kind of things and adopt a needy family.

They have the giving tree here to. My cousins gets two families from Social Services and get stuff for every family member. She is going to do that again this year.
