I had ordered for caps for that party and was eagerly waiting for their delivery I got the packet this evening but was flabbergasted to see them in a DIY state I am no crafts person that I can sit and assemble them and to top it all that order was not entitled for return nor refund
I looked through various ways on how I could contact them and was somehow successful. I had a chat with their representative and explained to them the horror of having to assemble those caps myself. They are now sending the assembled caps and hope they will meet with my requirements.
What a relief!!!

To get through to them was not easy this time as any item that is not returnable nor refundable they will not entertain. It is not right on their part to have this rule when all what they sent had to be assembled and nowhere was there a mention made about it. .

@allknowing I had one horrible experience with them! That was difficult to get through the customer service!

When I saw the packet even before opening it I knew they were not assembled caps.
