Some people are into extreme sports like bungee jumping, etc. As for me, I am not like them, who are thrill-seekers. Although the biggest thrill experience that I have had is working with tribes in isolated mountains in Kalinga, Philippines. Imagine how I climb three mountains just to reach their villages. I even traveled while sitting on a jeepney's or bus's topload part. No matter how the challenges were at that time, I still enjoyed doing it. Are you a thrill-seeker? It was really a great fun to do something new, right? I even slept in their villages with my team for a couple of times before. But, I always sit at the edge of these vehicles just in case.

@Shavkat In Marinduque, we stayed at the house of a local because we came too late and could not find accommodation. Those were the days that bookings were done through phone calls or personal. Same with Sagada, Benguet and Banaue. They talked to me in English, they taught I was a foreigner (Japanese or Korean)

I am more conservative in terms of seeking thrills like doing basic things.

I used to be into thrilling activities like having my medical mission in Tajikistan. It is always a never-ending story for me.
As a human, we have our own passion and interest. I was teaching Korean students in one of the biggest academies in the city. Then, I had acquainted with my...

It is one of my dreams to go there. If I had just accepted the medical mission in Kenya, I might also go to Safari, too.

I'm not really a thrill-seeker either but we did have to climb a long way upwards when we helped with a water project in Thailand. They called it going up the mountain but it was really a mountain as I know them.

Climbing a mountain is not unusual for me because I am living in it. Although the mountains are more developed than isolated ones.

I used to be kind of a thrill seeker. Loved hiking in the mountains. Ice skated a total of 10 miles (5 to and 5 back) on the Miami Erie Canal in the little town I lived in in Ohio. Did a lot of things in Mexico I would never have done in the USA. I was never scared to try anything if it was needed to be done. But age disease has got me...I still take a chance now and then, but mostly in my house..LOL

I can tell that you are a risk-taker, too. You seem much more active with these activities than me before. I agree that the aging process cannot be stopped, and we need to let go of them.
