I Made 8,557 Steps Today

I went to the hospital and stop by at the coffee shop for awhile and right now as I checked my app it recorded 8,557 steps and I am happy about it. When I am still working in Makati, I can do 13k + steps a day. If you are commuting going to Makati you'll be needing to walk a lot from bus stop to your office. But I enjoy walking so its not a problem to me lol! Sometimes I enjoy walking with my old colleagues during break time, our shift is from 2AM to 11 AM. Yes, that's right, but I can say its not graveyard shift its very very early morning shift, kidding. How about you, do you also count and monitor your steps everyday?

You should because it is so dun to see how many steps we created? When I am still working I can made 13k up in a day, I just feel healthy when I do a lot of walking because I know it is a good exercise.

I missed walking far distances. Until I finally experienced having gout that stop me from walking farther.

Wow! That a pretty good number of meters you are traveling. I don't count steps but have a treadmill I use each day. I use amount of time rather than step counting.

The best part of walking is it can help to control weight in case you are short of time or exercising time. Plus , seen with couple of big walkers over a long period of time, they age very slowly. Perhaps , physical exercise is perhaps a good anti-aging tool thats undervalued or under utilized. I am yet to start monitoring my steps and well need to Good to know you are doing 13k+ steps daily. You could also share your progress on same and that could help many including me.Well, enjoy your fitness regime.

Not now. When I am still working in Makati I can do 13k a day. But since I am at home, I can barely make it to 3k steps.
