After speaking to a few people, I believe that a regular bed time could significantly improve the quality of sleep as well as get to sleep quickly. Our body’s internal clock will come into picture and it is also known as circadian rhythm. The best part of regular sleep time is reduction in sleep latency. So, you fell down and no time you start sleeping. Many people would crave for same. Guess with the late working hours, stress and unorganized life, people tend to have irregular sleep cycle impacting their natural cycle. Do you think a regular sleep time has helped in improving the quality of sleep and how fast we fell asleep?

I think it does to some extent, in my case that alone isn't enough. I need to make sure I'm following a routine or I won't fall asleep right away no matter how tired I feel.

Having a regular sleep time has helped in improving the quality of sleep because you can do the work on your own and everything needed to be done

Thats a good observation. With regular schedule, you do not need external forces to help you out. Thanks for sharing!

Regular sleep time is indeed a big factor in overall good sleep. Some people still follow the discipline yet many do not follow. Less and irregular sleep can be a reason for health issues and increased stress.

I guess so! Look at me? Lol! Since I started sleeping in the morning I can't really fall asleep easily at night, but right now I am able to sleep at 10PM and wakes up at 3 Am ... but I don't know something came up yesterday, and I fell at sleep at 4Am. I guess I just need to stay awake the whole day and don't sleep in the morning, so I'll get tired and fall asleep in the morning... I will try that again.
