The Monday Blues

Today I actually feel like I have the Monday blues.
It is a statutory holiday of Truth and Reconciliation here in Canada. It is a time to pause and reflect on our indigenous people who have endured to much over the generations from those of us who came from other countries. I think that it is good to have a day to stop and pause.
But working today-ugh. 
I don't like to complain but I have never worked as hard as I did today. And on Mondays I have to work an additional 30 minutes for my slant shift as I finish early by 30 minutes on Thursdays-that did not help 1 little bit.
Tomorrow I go to a new team and answer to a new team manager. It is actually the team that I worked on until last November, I begged to go back to that team, this team is snotty and unprofessional. I am looking forward to better interactions with my peers beginning tomorrow.

Wow! I think you have a very hectic schedule. I hope you will have a much better working environment with your new team. God bless. I am about to sleep at this moment, I just log on to my computer the afternoon yesterday until this morning, but I am about log out in a few minutes.

I am so sorry you had to work on a holiday and Mondays are all the time very hard days. Today you are back with your old team and you will feel a lot better from now on. My Monday was not too bad, sunny afternoon that helped to lift my moral a bit.

I look forward to working with the new team.
The first 5 days of the month is chaotically busy, and I will not have alot of interactions with them as a result, but next week I will.
I am happy that you had some sunshine yesterday, it lifts the spirit.

Today was not great really. Still raining and I didn't sleep well last night..so was tired and not in a very good mood. At least I finally seem to have my insurance woes resolved.

Cute puzzle. Yesterday I got a shirt I ordered from Walmart. I tried it on today and it fits. I may have to get another color. lol I also worked on my boyfriend's diamond painting.

Mondays are not usually easy days for me. Mostly because I wake up late or with hangover. However that does not usually deter me from working well!
