It is that time of year

That phrase could mean a lot of things. It could mean "pumpkin spice time" or "apple picking time" or fall holiday time. In my case it mostly just means we do not have to run the heat or the air conditioning. It is that very brief moment where bills are minimized. It seems to be staying a little warmer for a little longer, but it is not bad at all. Cool enough for a sweater in the morning, but sunny and warm in the afternoon. I did work outside a little bit before we ate.

To bad it is taking a hurricane to make things somewhat barable around here. But at least, should we lose power our battery will get us through the night with time to spare.

I wish we have that moment where the AC will not be turned on and bills will drop even a little

We've had the heat on for a few weeks now. It isn't freezing at night but its cool. Hubby did have a nice breakfast on the warm sunny porch today.

It's going to be 62 and in the 50s later in the week. I hate the shorter days and the colder temperatures! Have a good day.
