I think this is a cool-looking car. It is a 1938 prototype of the Phantom Corsair designed by Rust Heinz of the H.J. Heinz family. Also Maurice Schwartz of the Bohman and Schwartz Coach Building Company of Pasadena, California.
The highly advanced and futuristic design was made with an aluminum and steel body. It measured 57 inches in height with fully skirted wheels and completely flush fenders. It was a 2 door sedan that seated 5 to 6 passengers and had no door handles. The doors were opened electronically using push buttons located at the back of the car.
Heinz' sudden death in an automobile accident in July 1939 put an end to plans of mass production. This left the prototype the only one ever built. It is now displayed at the National Automobile Museum in Reno, Nevada.

It's too bad that Heinz was killed and could not see his plans come to fruition. Have a good day.
