I went to get the mail, which was some folks wanting money and a letter from the Healt Center (where I go to see my doctor) saying that my doctor had referred me to someone and that they couldn't get ahold of me, so they cancelled the referral. It was something I wanted, so I called them and said I did, so they reinstated the referral and let my doctor know. When the lady I was speaking to asked if I needed anything else, I said yes, I've been having this "illness" come over me pretty much every month, and I wanted to see someone about it. The lady said they had a cancellation at 11:45 (it was around 11 a.m. then) and could I come in. I said yes, and went. I explained to the doctor about my symptoms, and they took a swab of my throat after checking it and saying it didn't look too bad. Now I'm home, and would like to get some lunch. After that I'll go and check for today's mail, I'll come home and do Bible study, and then maybe do some more cross-stitching. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
