Our New Fridge Arrived

I hope this one will work for a long time too.
I don't know if the first instruction was given to me last Saturday is correct, the salesmen said, that I should not plug it in for 5 hours, and then after five hours I have to set the freezer and the fridge to maximum, so I did it yesterday.
The fridge arrived past 12:00 noon yesterday, tuesday, we unbox it and check if it has any damages, fortunately it is okay, we talk to the deliveryman for awhile, but I did not bother to ask how to operate it properly since I was brief last Saturday.
We waited until 5PM before plugin, and set the freezer to maximum and the fridge to coldest - 5 for two hours, and wait another 2 hours before loading any food inside, and wit another 2 hours before we can change the temperature, as per instruction last Saturday.
After not reading the manual and just rely to the salesman's instruction the freezer is freezing but the fridge is not cooling. Waaaahhh..
My sister and my mom is freaking out and I slowly feel the hassle of calling the customer service...
My sister and I started to read the manual and follow it, it is now working, but I am hoping that it is not broken, will call the customer service a little later, coz its only 2Am here, lol!
Lesson Learned: Aside from checking the manual, never get stress coz no matter how stress I am it will not fix anything. I don't want to get old than my age in a minute.

@luisadannointed If it stays cool, by the time you can, you're fine. For us, we're told to wait twenty-four hours for it to get to temp.

What matters is that it is now working the freezer and the othere area of the fridge. Cool it is all what I can say (lol)

That looks like a very nice fridge, The refrigerator I had when I lived in Latvia lasted bor 20 years and when I left Latvia and the fridge behind it was still working, Best of luck with your new fridge,

@TheHorse Yes, they will.
And if ever they need to visit, and saw a technical damage they will replace it for a new one... it has 7 days replacement.

Hopefully you won't need to check the manual ever again. 
Well, maybe you'll have to, to decrease the temperature because you may not want have max all the time, but that's it. Good you didn't end up calling customer service.

I did call the customer service, and they instruct me what to do... its under observation, I hope the fridge won't act weird again.
