Well that was weird...

I have my resume up on Linkedin, and someone contacted me saying they saw my resume and would like to see if I would be a fit for their company. Okay.
So I made an appointment for a Zoom meeting, and it turned out to be a webinar explaining the company and how long they've been in business and what they expected from people who worked for them and such.
Me: "Huh? My resume is all about working with kids, and this is an insurance company--they saw my resume and thought I would be a good fit !?!?
At the end of the thing I had to fill out this questionnaire about why I wanted to work for the company and all of that kind of stuff. Since I didn't even realize that this was for an insurance company to begin with, I put in the best answers I could, but I seriously doubt that they'll be getting back to me...

Same situation here, seems the insurance companies don't care about background and experience. They can accept employee with different background and without experience.

Maybe they have an onsite daycare for their employees?

It could be a mistake, but there are always people looking for remote workers. So, since you don't drive maybe you might be able to do some remote work.

I think your working experience don't fit a insurance company, don't know why they found you.Admission requirement of insurance company seem low,but i think not everyone fit a insurance company.

Some companies want to train you to fit within their company. They might be one that does that.
