Holy surprises, Batman!

I went to Staples office supply to turn in some wires and stuff for recycling.
The jewelry store is in the same shopping center, so after I came out of Staples I headed there. A very nice lady came out to help me, and I told her I got the ring out of my mother's jewelry box.
She said it looked like it was from the '40's, a man's ring and after she did some more checking, she said it was real gold and diamonds.
Me:

She also cleaned it for me, so it's a little shinier.
Well, then. Not sure what to do, now. There are no gold buyers around here that I know of. Good thing there's an internet...
