Let's Talk: Communicating with Spirits/Ghosts

We have been watching Expedition X. Which is Josh Gates show where he goes to debunk, discover or whatever haunted places. Well there was an episode where he tried to track Nessie down, but the other episodes we have watched so far is him and his team "hunting" haunted places. Which got me thinking about ghosts, and spirits and all that goes along with that stuff. There have been many many shows that have been popular and have dealt with the paranormal. I was goofing off while we were watching the beginning of this episode and I went into the Google play store and downloaded two of the most popular and highest rated apps that claim you can communicate with the spirits. The first one, only had sounds, half words, that were hard to make out or didn't make sense. But I recorded it. Chris was sitting beside me while I was messing around with it, and said one of the responses sounded like Molly Weasley from Harry Potter. The second one, played the words the "spirit" was saying. I let it go for about five or six minutes and there was a pretty ongoing and consistent stream of words. The spirit was very insistent that we know about their stomach. It was mentioned at least a dozen times. Also that they were pushed or push something. Because they said push a lot. Now I'm not saying that I think that we were communicating with a spirit. Because I don't and have never put a lot into "ghosts and spirits". I'm not going to judge you if you do. But a free app on a phone isn't exactly the way I would think we would be communicating with one even if it were a thing. So what say you? Have you talked to a ghost? Do you have a encounter?
