I'm Dying

Is this possible? Well it is going to have to be. I have to stop drinking coffee, well, give it a go anyway. Something has been giving me severe nausea everyday. So I will try that, elimination. Right now I am having a cup of tea instead. I might have to give that up too, let's see I bought a bunch of coconut almond milk as well to drink. Though I only had 1.5 cups of coffee per day, let's see. Did you ever give up coffee and die?

I am off meat and fish for years now. It is possible. If there is a will there is a way. Go for it.

@allknowing I can no longer eat them. I have found a product made from mung beans to replace the taste of them.

Hope you find the culprit! May the nausea go away so you can feel better soon! The other day I think it was too much cream cheese for me and daughter .

@RebeccasFarm It's a relief to get rid of that nausea . . . hope it didn't come back. We have to watch for too much dairy.

What’s coconut almond milk? Do they mix the two together? I drink a cup of coffee every day in the morning. Sometimes when we go out to have dinner Saturday I will have a cappuccino. When we lived at my mom’s for a month or so in the summer I only drank tea because she didn’t have any coffee. I survived lol. Coffee for me is just a treat.

Ocean, it is a very sad thing to say. I hope you stay very long enough, well, healthy and alive. My husband used to use almond milk (not anymore). Fhe ingredients are not suitable for the body if we want it healthy. Such as, vegetable/soy/canola and any seed oils in the ingredients, sugar, additives and preservatives. In the old days, full cream raw milk (unhomogenized) was prescribed by non-pharma-sponsored doctors to people they cared who were sick, and health improved. According to 100+ peer reviewed study, ground organic roasted coffee beans is beneficial as anti oxidant, helps delay dementia or prevents dementia. For tea: I drink freshly crushed ginger, fresh peppermint and oregano leaves. Crushed garlic in FCP virgin olive oil everyday or every meal is great benefit! Douced on meat steaks and salads, or on buttered toast. For cooking, use tallow (beef fat). There are YouTube ladies that show us how to render tallow from beef fat. Well, traditional nutritious diet our grandmas used to feed us. And I am a grandma.... Stay healthy, well and alive, Ocean.

I refuse to give up my coffee and guess if it means it could kill me later, well, it was a fairly good life. Teecino is a good tea that is similar to coffee. I am going to cut out the afternoon coffee and just have my morning two cups. We'll see....

I don't drink coffee at all. I think it's possible to live without coffee. I know people who don't drink coffee.

My only suggestion would be the week withdrawal technique. If you were drinking 3 cups of coffee a day , reduce it for 2 cups a day for a week. That itself would be a battle and once conquered , reduce it to 1 cup a day for a week. Once that is conquered , have coffee every alternate days for a week. Once conquered , you are good to be completely away from coffee. If yoy replacing it with alternatives , then you can tweak the same technique and should help in making things happen. Do not do anything drastic as the chances to succeed would be low. So , if you want a fullproof method , this would be the way to go.Good luck!

I just had chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. So yummy. No intention to give up cakes and dark chocolates. They are my source of energy.
