Well, just got everything done. George is medicated and relaxing. He asked me if he could see people's trash bins because I didn't bring ours down to the curb yesterday. Well, honestly I don't see the need to drag it down if tere's hardly anything in it. I'll be putting other stuff in it eventually. And I'll take it down thuresday.
The sun is out and George can kind of look out the window. He likes that.

The sun is out here, too. But we are having some wicked winds, and are under a severe fire warning for our entire area. There is a fire a few miles up the road, a big farm field is nearly destroyed. It's supposed to rain tomorrow evening, but who knows if that will be enough to make a difference, it is so, so dry here.
Glad he is relaxing and enjoying the day.

I can understand how that goes. George told me there's been real bad fires in the Daytona area. One summer the race couldn't come here. And the street lights didn't look right. Yet smokers still found a way to light up.
Thanks to Milton, Helene and the weather in-between, our ground hasn't gotten that dry, yet. But we're reaching the end of the rainy season so it could.
And, yeah, me, too.

@MarieCoyle With winter coming and the humidity reduced, I doubt it. Next summer, if it's anything like this one we stand a good chance of them coming back.

@kaylachan Tomorrow, supposed to basically be a re-run of today. High winds, very warm, high possibilities of fires. Since there were several large fires in our area today, if people are not careful there will no doubt be more tomorrow, although I hope not.
I hope you don't get bad fires, today the air here was so smoky and hazy. My eyes watered all day long.

The weather is even ready for Halloween, The sky got steel gray and I expected rain and then it cleared up again and did it twice more, Now I see blue sky and white clouds over the river, I hope you two have a relaxing evening,
