We only have two bedrooms, when my sister is working from home, she always occupies my parents room, because it has air-condition. My parents have to take a nap in our room, and I need my privacy when I am working with my computer. They usually talk all afternoon more than taking a nap, so I have to move in the kitchen.
Where do you usually work when someone needs to use your room or your office at home?

I'm the only computer user in the house. Years ago, George wanted me to teach him how to do things online. But since his stroke that's the furthest thing from his mind. If I need to get away from the t.v. and still hear George I'll use my M1 macbook in my office. If I want to spend time in the living room with George, I'll use my M2 Macbook on the couch.

Cool, our computer is very movable now unlike people when we are only using desktop computers.
I think having you by his side is great and comforting.

@luisadannointed Both my computers are laptops. But I keep one in my office and use it when I need or want to and the other goes where I do. So if I travel one of thease will come with me.

@kaylachan thats cool to know, i love working every where too. But do you find yourself sometimes a bit tired bringing your writing tools? Lol!
When I am young my backpack is so full with laptop notebook, planner and currently reading thick book.. as if i can use it all in one day... Hahaha those were the time i will forever be thankful, now one laptop, notebook with planner combine and a tablet with downloaded pdf and epub. My back reall hurts now.
Do you also do that when you are you g? I hope you can write a post about your youth, tag me if you do. Thats so fun to read.

@luisadannointed It has been more than a decade that I am working in my room's corner. I used to decorate it. However, I am not that keen enough to maintain it. So, it is better to have the wall's white paint as my background when teaching online.

Hahaha I can sense that you will never ever give up the privacy of your room.
But its nice to know you have a big house.

Well, I prefer my room to do my work. If someone arrives and they need to use a room in private, I offer them the other bedroom or they could use the living room. I keep my space within my reach and not share that with the guests. Plus , it keeps me in a comfort zone. Also , I prefer to have a silent room and less talk while I am working as I would focus on completing the tasks and do not want to be disturbed during such focus. Working from kitchen seems to be a little tough . Hope you find a better long term solution to such working conditions. Have a great day ahead!

That's what i am saying, privacy is one of the main key to keep focus on what we do, but my fam don't understand that most of the time. But its ok, it only happens when my sister have to work at home.
