I put a couple of my comic books on this "Hip Comics" site, thinking from what I read that they were going to go up for auction.
Looking further at the site, I find out I have to pay a subscription to sell comics on their site. Darn it.
I'd like to sell on ebay, so that they'd get bids, but I am not sure how much they charge to sell stuff anymore, plus when I went I saw it's changed a whole lot since I was last there.
Best laid plans...

Mmm. It might be worth it--it's less than four dollars a month--but I don't have any money coming in right now, and if things don't sell, I'd only wind up losing money.

@xstitcher yeah, i guess it makes no sense paying for subscription right now. maybe you can wait a little bit and try again some time later

You should do well on Ebay with them. You will get free listing fees when listing less thatn 250 items per month. The commission is 13.25% or lower depending on the category, plus a per order fee. For orders $10.00 or less the per order fee is $0.30, for orders over $10.00 the per order fee is $0.40. The per order fee is new and I didn't even know about that. Hummm. Still not too bad. I would go ahead and list and keep them up with free renewals. There is a box to check when you list for that. I have also found that Jan and Feb. are great months to sell there!
