What in the Literal Sam Hell?

Sometimes you have to wonder what goes through the mind of a cat, or in this case, the minds of cats. I was in my man room, plodding away on myLot, and went down the hallway into the kitchen to run into this sight.
The one you see in the picture.
Of course, I had to turn around and grab my phone so I could snap a quick picture. But what gives? What in the literal Sam hell was going on here? Here the both of them, Cal (the beige and white one) and Grayson (the gray and white one), were snuggled together in a shoe box.
You really can't make this stuff up. If pets offer one thing, it's a ton of fodder for pictures and commentary on what they do. Now, if I could just get them to be a pair of Grumpy cats or something like that, maybe I could make millions from their antics.

We had 2 cats for 15 years. I got them as kittens within like 4 months of each other so they lived their lives together. One was my gray tabby boy SoCo and the other was my fluffy black Cosmo. SoCo HATED Cosmo (we joked that he was racist) and would go after her every chance he got. Toward the end of their lives I was shocked one day when I walked into the kitchen. I had a box sitting by the back door and the 2 of them were in it together. Granted there was a piece of cardboard separating them but it still was an incredible sight.

This reminded me of a memory that popped up just this morning on Facebook of a picture my sister posted 10 years ago. My nephew CJ cut a hole in a box and put his iPad on the hole to watch videos inside the box. Of course, his brother Caleb was fussing since he wanted a turn and could not get his way. Only a kid would come up with an idea like this. lol

They are so adorable and as I see have made enough room for the two of them, That is like my cats have two chairs one for each to sit on and get some morning sun from the window but eventually they will wind up snuggled together on one chair butt to butt,
