I was sitting here at the computer (actually just before I posted my previous post) and I heard a knock at the door. I went to look and was shocked to see an old co-worker of mine, who's daughter used to live in the two bedroom building east of me, and her two grandsons. The day I moved in here, my old co-worker's daughter was at the hospital having her second little boy. The boys were both still "little", but bigger than they were than the last time I saw them. They were both swinging around on the pole that helps hold up the steps that go to the upstairs apartments). My old co-worker and I talked about what we were doing those days, and she said she was going to get the boys' pizza (that was after I asked her to come in out of the cold). It was nice to see her and chat about things we'd been doing. It was a nice surprise.
