As you probably know, the Mega Millions jackpot is rising. Last week we were all excited that it had reached $944 million. Today's new projection is $970 million and my guess is that the jackpot amount will rise again before the drawing tomorrow night.
I have my one single ticket, but if I go anywhere tomorrow, I will probably stop and pick up another ticket. The last one bought was in McComb, MS.
Have you bought a ticket yet or multiple tickets? Or will this boost in the jackpot send you out to pick up a ticket just in case you just may hit the big Jackpot?

I won't be buying any tickets. I play the Classic Lotto with my same numbers (since 1989). If you celebrate, have a good Christmas Eve..

I gave up buying lottery tickets after the events of Hurricane Katrina ended my employment with a restaurant to care for my relatives.

@kareng That is true since the bowling alley I used to bowl at in New Orleans was closed due to flooding of the storm.

I bet on the lottery today and haven't really won this entire year. I think lottery here is a scam but despite of that i still bet out of curiosity.

Looks like the final Christmas Eve jackpot hit $1 billion and now it's $1.15 billion for Friday. That would be a great way to end the year if I could win it. Of COURSE I have a ticket, and may have several before all is said and done. lol

@kareng Hopefully you got it, even though some schmuck in California took the loot. Seems it's always New York or California. Can't the Midwest have a chance? Although I do recall a few wins like the one in New Berlin, Wisconsin and one in Red Bud, Illinois.
