I was watching a game commercial with Drew Barrymore as the sponsor. I couldn't tell if it was really her or not. Has she gotten plastic surgery or was it AI? AI has made such things very confusing. What is real and what isn't. What is next?

It is getting very confusing and pretty soon it will be impossible to tell if it's AI or real.
