It's only 7:15, and I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open. I want to try to stay up at least a couple more hours.
I guess not going to the Food Bank for a while and then suddenly going gave my body a bit of a shock. 
I will try to be on the computer until I can't keep my eyes open at all, which hopefully won't be until about nine p.m.

It's not wise to push yourself. You need to listen to your body.

After walking to the food bank I hope get lots of sleep.
