A dog found us.

Around the time George and I went out, a dog wondered into our yard. He's a good sized pit bull and he's good at the wagon train game. I have no where safe to put him for the night, because I can't have him in the house around George and I can't have him in the grage with the van. ANd putting him in the back yard with the rain..... no way. He seems content to sit on our front porch or wonder within a limited area.
I posted on ring, been in touch with the non-emergency police and they basically can't do anything because the rain has them getting one call after another. But, they'll try to send someone our way to get the dog. It's all I can really do.
I really hope for the best.

Cops came and got him, but you could tell they'd rather do anything else.

@rakski He's likely at the humane socoity. Althugh I'm sure the cops hate me. At least the dog-haters.

I am glad they already get the dog, and i am glad the dog found you first, if not thy can be maltreated by others. God bless.
