I wasn't really choking on my turnip, and the waiter performed the Heimlich manoever on me. Can I sue........

if you werent performing the act of choking why would he want to grab you anyways?

well well....as i said i was not choking and was just coughing and all of a sudden he came and he did...but at least he cud have confirmed which takes a fraction of second...as i was not at all so severe in coughing as well...but i think it was he good gesture but i did felt ebarrased./

I really doubt that you could sue him. Its more than likely he was just trying to do a good deed and save your life. Of course he could have been gay and wanted to take a chance to kiss you, but thats just speculation.
